At Athercare, Sports Performance Training is delivered in a variety of ways.
Athercare is recognized and recommended by physicians and athletic coaches for those individuals with rehabilitation needs. Our strongest form of referral is “word of mouth” and we invite any of our prospective patients to ask us for a list of former patients who would be willing to describe their experience at recovery and return to activity through Athercare.


One-On-One Training
We offer one-on-one training that includes a more hands on approach with each individual athlete, which enables our coaches to focus on very specific needs of the athlete.

Regardless of the configuration, when athletes come to Athercare they will be provided with the following services:
Sports specific fitness program
Proper exercise technique and execution of the skill
Nutritional counseling
Athletic Combine Testing
Plyometric Programs


Personal Fitness Programs
Athercare's Personal Fitness programs can benefit people of all fitness levels. 

Some of Athercare's fitness benefits will include:
Increase in overall fitness; mental and physical health
Increase in speed, strength and power
Higher vertical jump
Injury prevention
Increase in explosiveness, agility and flexibility
Preparation for college and/or professional athletics

Athercare also offers fitness programs for youth/children that want to get fit or just want to get an introduction to athletic training.  We encourage youth athletes to come to Athercare for a specifically designed fitness program.  Our highly trained and experienced coaches will introduce general motor skills, balance, flexibility, coordination, strength as well as proper exercise technique and execution.  Our goal is to set a good, solid athletic foundation for kids, so that they will improve their athletic performance as well as establish a long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Other Training Options

Partner Training

We also offer partner training, which includes two athletes that want to train together for the extra push and motivation.  The two athletes do not need to of the same sport or skill level. 

Small Group Training
Small group training is also available for sports teams that want to train together as a team. The programs will be designed for the particular needs of the sport and team members.

Independent Gym Memberships
Lastly, we have independent gym memberships available for those athletes that want to just use our facility and can pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to our gym equipment.
