Athercare also offers fitness programs for youth/children that want to get fit or just want to get an introduction to athletic training. We encourage youth athletes to come to Athercare for a specifically designed fitness program. Our highly trained and experienced coaches will introduce general motor skills, balance, flexibility, coordination, strength as well as proper exercise technique and execution. Our goal is to set a good, solid athletic foundation for kids, so that they will improve their athletic performance as well as establish a long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
